Business Solutions 360 has established and will maintain the Compliance and Ethics Hotline to anonymously report actual or suspected criminal activity, illegal or unethical conduct or violations of law or policies and procedures. Each client is provided with a individual toll-free hotline number and can be accessed seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day; excluding designated holidays. We also will provide hotline awareness posters to be displayed throughout their office location(s). Hotline calls are answered by a contracted third-party vendor who will answer and triage each calls received. All allegations received through the hotline are reported directly to one of our Virtual Ethics & Compliance Officers who will investigate and provide a conclusion report to our client.

The “Code” summarizes certain laws and standards applicable to our client’s industry and will be amended from time to time to incorporate changes in the law and or business practice. Our internal team of specialists will develop protocols for the auditing and monitoring process for our client. The process will focus on areas which present a high risk of legal exposure for our client’s organization. In developing the monitoring and auditing process, the Virtual Ethics & Compliance Officer shall coordinate the process with existing routine monitoring programs to prevent and detect noncompliance. Each audit will start with a briefing session with key stakeholders and end with a debriefing session to include the same. Each session will identify the objectives and provide preliminary pre and post observations. Upon conclusion of the audit, a report will be provided to the client’s desired point of contact.
